Please go to any Stowe ticket office, present a photo ID, and you’ll be able to pick up your pass. Whenever possible, stop by the ticket office the day before you go skiing to avoid morning delays. And if time permits, please call the Epic Pass Service Center at 970-754-0005 and a new pass will be mailed. Or contact a pass agent via Live Chat at EpicPass.com to have a new pass issued.
If you purchased your pass in advance online, you have the option to use Mobile Pass through the My Epic app rather than a season pass hard card.
